Broker's Comments
The Westerly Conway, a centre-cockpit ketch variant of the very popular 1970s hull (also formed the Solway, Galway and others in the typical Westerly way), is considered the amongst the best of the golden years of British boatbuilding.
Although they were fitted out with differing interior layouts the defining feature of the Conway was the ability to access the aft cabin without having to go outboard. She lends herself as a liveaboard well, double cabins each end, a comfortable saloon and lots of usable storage but equally they have a good reputation as easily handled, sea-kindly sailing yachts
This particular example has been lived on more than sailed in the last couple of years however she is well equipped and kept in commission, clean and tidy both above and below decks and has a nice trail of ownership history back to her original registry
