The Volvo 573 main engine was rebuilt in 2023. It has new belts and appears to be well maintained. Owner claims cruising speed @ 2500 RPM was most efficient.
New exhaust manifolds was completed in 2023
Performance specifications are impressive and owner claims a cruising speed of 26 knots @ 3500 RPM w / 11.5 gallons per hour.
The trim tab system is hydraulic and is operated from the helm. A 70 gallon fuel tank offers great cruising range.
There is a Yamaha 9.9 Kicker motor installed with its own helm control on the aft deck and at the main cabin helm station. The Kicker motor has a prop - guard installed.

Length overall for moorage purposes is 25 ft.
Fuel tank is aluminum with filler cap aft on transom.
The freshwater tank is polyethylene with fill cap located on starboard of cabin.

As you enter the companion way there is a linear galley to starboard that includes an ORIGO 2 burner alcohol stove / there is also a cutting board and decent counter space with storage below. There is a sink/basin is located under the tipping helm seat.
Another feature in the main cabin is a seating area with booth seating to port. By dropping the table, this will convert into a berth.
All cushions are nicely upholstered with heavy cushioning that show no deformation, excessive wear or staining.
The main helm is located to starboard and offer great visibility for monitoring external activities and navigating. The main propulsion as well as the kicker motor can also be managed from the helm station.
There is a very roomy V berth forward and below the main cabin. It has a hatch/vent for a pass through and would be great ventilation. Below the v berth is a great storage space as well as a Porta Potty.
The cabin is heated and there is a defrosting system for the windshield.

Dual Automatic Electric Bilge Pumps. All safety equipment appears to function as intended, and life jackets/PFDs are stored in the V-berth.
Broker's Comments
Here we have a very nicely maintained and loved 1993 SeaSport "Sportsman" 22. These boats have earned the reputation of ruggedness and ability to handle the Pacific Northwest marine environment, The design is timeless with safety and quality paramount to the brand.
SeaSports are definitely set up for the PNW, and this design has a really nice layout and feels a lot larger than a 22 footer.
Her current owner has obviously been very attentive and mindful to keeping her in turnkey condition.
The interior accommodations are very clean and look new. The upholstered benches and berths show light or no use at all.
She is very clean and her engine and drive unit are in outstanding condition. The engine was rebuilt in 2020. She has all the tools you need for sport fishing or exploring the waters of the PNW.
All systems appear to be functioning as they should and the interior is clean as a whistle. Switches on the helm are clean and clear to read and the entire cabin is well lit.
All the windows show great integrity around the seals and sills.
This fine vessel will also come with a very nice galvanized EZ-Loader dual axle trailer. Present owner tows with his Toyota Tacoma. The hitch and braking systems are all up to 2020 standards and that includes new tires.
