Broker's Comments
Boatshed Norfolk (boatshed.com) are pleased to offer this very clean and tidy example of the Sealine S28 sports cruiser.
She is very well presented and realistically priced and appears to be in very good order inside and out.
She is powered by a well starting Mercruiser D Tronic 250hp Diesel engine which is smooth and quiet. The engine was last serviced in March 2026 and she was also antifouled then too.
She is pretty much as sealine made her and does not appear to have been molested in anyway. Her upholstery is all original and looks to be in very good order for her age with just a couple of small cracks in the cockpit seats but these are very minor and easily lived with or rectified.
Her gelcoat also appears to be in good order inside and out. She has a good sweep of navigation instrument as she has been used coastal at times so have VHF, plotter, radar (not currently fitted but with the boat) speed and depth system so can venture out to sea if required. Her Mercruiser engine started readily and ran very smoothly indeed and will provide spirited performance over a river cruiser and yet remain economical to run at at any speed. Her interior is all in very good order throughout and she is clean and dry. She has a the standard fitted galley with lovely glowing polished woodwork throughout then boat and a large forward cabin with large seating and dining area that converts to a large double when required. The aft undersole cabin is sperate by its own companionway door and is also jack and jill linked to the good size heads and shower compartment. The rear cabin offers a full double berth and good head room and locker space and feel very airy. Diesel warm air heating ensures she can be used all year round. She has a large anchor locker to take all your ropes and fenders which also houses the concealed electric anchor winch with deck foot switches. Her 4 batteries were replaced in 2024 and her holding tank fitted in 2023.
Her broads toll is paid and her Boat safety certificate runs to August 2028 and her mooring may be available to the new owner. The light bar on the radar arch can also be removed to gain a further 75mm clearance. This is a very tidy example of these popular and capable sports cruisers that will definitely please her new owner and offer easy river cruising and occasional coastal fun too
