*** All vessel details and inventory should be checked in person, prior to purchase ***
The boat seems nice and dry, smells good and everything that I've turned on seems to work, including: water pressure, tv, microwave, chart plotter, fridge runs.
She'll need a good check over, but I think she represents a really great interior, that could make a good liveaboard, given the right berth.
One can see that her exterior need few days' elbow grease or more, but I think she'll come up just fine.
Engines have not been started or turned over - batteries are on charge. Please do not ask us to start them or bar them over at viewing - this should be taken into account with your bid.
*** You may not specify a sea trial as part of your bid - you may specify viewing and/or survey only. Viewings can only take place Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri at Eastbourne ***
