A sedan door allows access to the inside of the boat from the aft deck. Access onto the boat is greatly facilitated by side doors on the aft deck from the quays.
Kitchen, saloon and inside steering position. Kitchen with oven grill, large fridge freezer operating on 220V. Dining saloon area with large table and corner sofa.
Lower down, 3 cabins, the portside cabin has been converted into a TV area. A convertible sofa has replaced the berth and can be used as a single berth measuring 110 x 200 cm.
Opposite, the starboard cabin keeps a 140 x 200 cm berth and also serves as storage and as a laundry area, the washing machine having found its place in this space.

NICOLS SIXTO from 2012 for sale in France.
Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this 13.40 m river cruiser.
This boat has had only two private owners and has never been used for charter.
The boat has been modified for year-round living aboard. Ideal river cruiser for long-term cruising, with a large fresh water capacity (1350 litres). The owner has just had the hull antifouled. Its shallow draft and air draft of 2.75 m allow access to almost all canals.
Moored in a port in Northern Burgundy, the berth can be taken over (annual cost €1320).
The owner is looking for a quick sale and is ready to consider any offer.
