This unique ‘Water Caravan Same has been in the same ownership for 25 years on the River Yare.
25ft long by 8 ft beam cathedral hull drawing around 1ft 6in. Constructed from substantial, insulated GRP with full standing headroom throughout.
The outboard is a regularly main agent maintained 10hp Sail power Mercury with reduction gearbox and fine pitch four bladed prop. There is a folding rudder fitted to the engine to give low speed manoeuvrability.
With a little investment heating, electrics and a hot water system could be fitted to make her an all year round option.
