This unique ‘Water Caravan Same has been in the same ownership for 25 years on the River Yare.
25ft long by 8 ft beam cathedral hull drawing around 1ft 6in. Constructed from substantial, insulated GRP with full standing headroom throughout.
The outboard is a regularly main agent maintained 10hp Sail power Mercury with reduction gearbox and fine pitch four bladed prop. There is a folding rudder fitted to the engine to give low speed manoeuvrability.
With a little investment heating, electrics and a hot water system could be fitted to make her an all year round option.
(The original heating is included in the sale)
This boat has so much potential with little cost that could be achieved to make her an ideal liveaboard.
