Broker's Comments

This is a Moody 36 CC, well known for build quality she comes to the market appearing to be in great condition. Build 1998 commissioned 1999.

The aft cabin is lovely, even the pilot berth along the starboard side seems a good size. She provides ample space and accommodation. Good headlinings, woodwork and upholstery.

All seacocks replaced January 2026, Saildrive diaphragm replaced January 2026.
She has just had a new Vectron Main Sail in 2025.
Standing rigging was replaced 2016.

Current Nav is the Yeoman plotter and Garmin GPS plus the owner advise they use Navionics on a tablet.

She also comes with a dinghy and full set of cockpit cushions.
