This is the ever popular Moody 31 MKII with bilge keels. She comes to the market appearing to be in very tidy condition.
Her standing rigging was replaced 2018.
These yachts offer great accommodation for a lovely family cruiser and having bilge keels you have the opportunity to creep in shallower waters.
Comments from the owner:
All the equipment is operational to the best of our knowledge. The mainsail does have a small tear on one of its corners and I think both the main and genoa will need valeting.
Also the oven can be temperamental, not always staying lit, although the burners and grill are very good.
The water system can be rather noisy and may need checking over as it hasn't been used for a while.
