These boat details are subject to contract.
IP 23 are strongly built, good sea keeping boats with their high prow and canoe stern giving plenty of buoyancy. She does need some paintwork and varnish tidying up, especially on deck but If you have had your fill of getting soaked to the skin in an open to the elements sailing boat, now could be the time to switch to something a little drier and without having to take out a second mortgage.
