Broker's Comments
A great example of this classic Italian motor yacht. She has been well looked after both mechanically and cosmetically.
She provides comfortable accommodation for 4 people, with a maximum of 6 if the saloon berths are used. She benefits from two cabins and two heads, both ensuite.
The large saloon provides comfortable seating all round, with the upholstery in excellent condition. There is an large saloon table, plus and great space to work from on the starboard side.
Chelsea Harbour is a well run marina, with onshore facilities, good security and many local bars and restaurants.
Current mooring fees are circa £1,100 per month. There is a £3500 +VAT transfer payable to the marina management should the new owner wish to keep the berth.
