Broker's Comments

This was a very tidy example of the wonderful Fairline Holiday Sports Cruiser when sold to the current owners. However, it has not been used for well over a year and now is in need of some recommissioning and cleaning to bring her back to her former glory.

These boats are so much fun and so versatile for their diminutive 23 foot size. They offer a lot of space with not an inch wasted, plus the solid Fairline build quality you would expect.

These boats can sleep 4 people in comfort and have everything you would need to cruise the Broads or further afield. She has a folding windscreen which means she can get under all the Broadland bridges giving you access to the entire Norfolk Broads network at the right tides.

I have owned one of these for 5 years in my own boating past and I can tell you they are just really great boats! They make a fabulous starter boat that is very hard to beat for its capability, flexibility, space, looks and comfort.

This particular boat is still in original gel and has a Boat Safety Certificate to March 2028. She has been upgraded with full pressurised hot water system and a pump out toilet to holding-tank plus she boats full 240Volt shore power.

Her upholstery inside and outside has also been professionally replaced and looks and feels very good indeed. Please note that the outside chairs now need a deep clean having been unattended for such a long time.

The Engine was serviced in June 2023 with new carburettor fitted. She was antifouled 2023.

This boat also has a large and sociable cockpit with large bench seating and two captains chairs. She benefits from a solid swim platform that affords easy access from the stern adding further mooring flexibility.

Her canopy looks good but in need of a deep clean and offers full headroom throughout the cockpit. Recent new leisure batteries in last couple of years. Victron solar panels fitted, TV aerial fitted, USB sockets, fridge fitted.

These boats are referred to as the "Tardis" for very good reason as they offer incredible space and secure handling all in just a 23 foot package. This boat although in need of a deep clean, is a tidy example and also well equipped.

If you are looking for an ideal starter cruiser that offers sports cruiser style and great accommodation for 4 then look no further.

Her mooring may be available by agreement with the land owner.
