Dutch steel cruiser built in 2007 by NOWEE shipyard in Heeg (Friesland Netherlands) which was renowned for its quality of construction. This Sedan version of the Ylstervlet 11.50 is the number 2 of the serie and still shows it.
Round bilged shape with central keel and 2 side wingkeels.
Our current owners purchased her in the Netherland at the begining of 2019 and cruised her back to South Burgundy where they have since cruised and lavished much care and attention on her, investing in updates and improvements ever since. These include adding a stern thruster, a reversible marine air-conditioning unit, 2 opening side hatches to replace the fixed ones, extra handrails, electric windlass, electric mast, electric retractable tv set, rope cutter on the prop. shaft, battery control system, a full cockpit cover and front screen cover, new upholstery and not to mention the regular and annual boat maintenance. Very bright interior with a total of 23 windows.
LAST ANTIFOULING with aerogommage, 6 new anodes were done in October 2022.

Central double berth in the forward master cabin (160x210) with wardrobe on each side, port side electric head with wash basin. Opposite starboard, a separate shower with another wash basin. The heads and shower are ensuite with the master cabin and a sliding door separate the cabin from the galley.

The galley is equipped with a 3 burner electric cooker, a microwave, an 80L 12V 24V ISOTERM fridge and plenty of worktop surface in Corian and underneath huge storage space with extra cupboard sliding out. Opposite, the dinette offers 4 seats and also can be converted into a double berth (110x180). Only 2 steps up to the central saloon with 4 retractable panels sedan door opening on a large aft deck which when open makes this a huge convivial space well protected by the full cockpit cover which was new in 05/2024. Note the upholstery was renewed in 04/2021. Saloon seat can also convert into a 110x200 berth and the collapsable table also is versatile (coffee table, dinner..)
A huge (120x80) electric sliding sun roof with built in moskito net and blind completes the saloon. Warm honey coloured wood everywhere, quality finished, the cream color upholstery and the cockpit cover in light cream makes this Sedan cruiser very airy, bright and welcoming. A very well thought out boat in less than 12m and 2.5 air draft and its electric collapsable mast makes it an easy cruiser to go anywhere on the inland system. Note the camera on the mast will be very useful as an aid during the manoeuvres.

Sedan Dutch steel cruiser for sale in Burgundy. Boatshed Bourgogne is happy to propose this well maintained and improved motor cruiser built in the Netherlands in 2007. A rare Sedan for this brand which has produced many quality built Dutch steel cruiser with aft cabin in many sizes but has built only few SEDAN versions. An ideal cruiser for a couple with occasional guests, please note that the dinette can convert into a double berth and the salon also can offer another berth.
I really liked the practical layout on this boat with the shower and separate heads a very usable galley that offers lots of worktop space and cupboards with pop out extension that are really smart. The open plan saloon and aft deck are really bright and comfortable with quality apparent throughout. Our vendors really have loved this boat and spared no expense in improving an already top quality boat. A reversible marine 16KBTU/H air-conditioning unit has been added to supplement the standard installed Eberspacher diesel blown air heater.
We have comprehensive documentation with all bills for the improvements and updates with the regular annual maintenance that our vendors have all had done professionally.
Headroom is 2m throughout the boat with the exception of the shower, 1.95m
A rare opportunity on the market with a great layout, quality construction, exemplary maintenance and many improvements make this Dutch steel motor cruiser a very special vessel. Cat B. build also will allow any coastal cruises if required.
