Over all length for moorage is 46 feet.
Standard on this boat was four fuel tanks holding 125 gallons each. One began leaking some years ago so they had that tank cut out and replaced it with two smaller aluminum tanks holding 60 gallons each.
The teak decks (well shown in the photos) have been covered with a "KIWI GRIP" style of non-skid paint. What originally were aft corner deck cockpit lockers have been sealed from above and those spaces accessed in the aft corners of the aft cabin for interior storage.
There is a very well built aluminum enclosure on the flybridge housing the upper helm holding well equipped navigation electronics and seating.
Waterline Boats / Boatshed does not independently verify capacities and measures, which are reported from seller-provided information and/or literature.

The salon is nicely sized with a helm station starboard. Behind which is a cabinet that holds an additional small refrigerator and there is an L-shaped settee. The port side of the salon has an easy chair. Forward and down a few steps is the galley to port and a booth style table and seating to starboard. Forward of that is a bunk cabin with head and shower.
The aft cabin has a centerline queen bed, storage everywhere plus a roomy head compartment with basin and shower/tub. Both heads in the boat are electric.
Stepping out onto the side decks you'll notice the teak decks have been painted over with a "KIWI GRIP" style of non-skid paint. Broker's Comments
CHB Trawlers were built and branded under a half dozen or more names and are ubiquitous on the used boat market. This CHB 42 design has been popular because of its spaciousness and versatility.
What makes this a special boat, and worth considering for purchase, are price and condition! A June 2023 Survey estimated the fair market value of this boat above $100,000. There is a custom-built aluminum flybridge enclosure with all the navigation electronics and real windows.
Inside the woodwork is in remarkable condition compared to many boats of similar age. There is a strong possibility the moorage at Harbor Island Marina is transferable.
