Broker's Comments
Everything you would expect from a capable, sea-kindly cruiser - and more.
This is the three cabin version of the Beneteau Oceanis 37, presented in very good condition and offering impressive volume for a yacht of her size. The beamy stern design creates exceptional space aft. The port-side aft cabin benefits particularly from this generous beam, - almost as wide as it is long - and features a stern-facing window, ideal for watching the wake roll away.
She is well-equipped, performs well under sail and is readily handled whilst also being well-served by her very reliable Yanmar 3YM30 engine when either motoring or motor-sailing.
Her accommodation is comfortable and roomy and is complemented by her heating system during cooler evenings. The cockpit area is both functional and spacious whether under way, or at anchor or moored or relaxing in port.
From the helm seat, visibility and deck ergonomics are well considered. The headsail winches are positioned within easy reach of the wheel, allowing the helmsman to trim sails without leaving position - a practical feature for short-handed sailing.
The yacht has been annually maintained, reflecting conscientious ownership and ongoing care.
