Broker's Comments
This the best example I have ever seen of these Beneteau Oceanis 323 Clippers. It is immaculate and obvious the owners have taken great care in maintaining the vessel.
They installed Eberspacher heating and renewed all the canvas work. The sails were replaced in 2016. It has in mast furling, which they say they have been very happy with.
The Yanmar engine started instantly and ran smoothly.
They have had the boat from almost new and the interior and exterior show none of the scuffs and scratches that most boats approaching 20 years old inevitably incur. The cabin sole looks like no one has ever walked on it!
It's easy to see why the Oceanis Clipper series are so popular - spacious cockpit, wide side decks, large and airy saloon complemented by generous aft cabin, compact but well equipped galley. The large heads compartment has storage, a Jabsco sea toilet, shower and seating room.
The sprayhood, binnacle cover and dodgers look new to me.
Clippers of this apparently have solid wood carpentry, not composites. The saloon table is as shiny as the day it was installed and the upholstery is good throughout.
They are experienced sailors and have used the boat regularly but are reluctantly selling because family commitments restrict the time to enjoy sailing.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
